Hi i have one page with several layers. The toggle feature should go back and forth from the page to the layer it is connected to. I can get the layer to show up but not go away. How do I get it to go away and toggle? I have ensured it is published synced and I have an individual paid account. Help.
Toggle not working
+7Hi Becky thank you for posting in the Lucidchart Community! After assigning the “toggle layers” shape action to a shape you can toggle the visibility of the selected layer by clicking on this shape using Shift+CMD on Mac or Shift+Ctrl on Windows.
The issue you describe might be caused by assigning the “Toggle” and “Show” shape action for the same layer to a shape. Could you check if this is what is causing the issue you are experiencing? If not could you respond with a screenshot of your shape actions menu? Thanks!
