I only have 4 timeline symbols is this all that is possible?!

Thanks for your post. There are indeed 4 shapes in the timeline library: block timeline line timeline milestone and interval. You can also use shapes from other libraries to supplement your timeline. I recommend checking out this article for more information on this.
