All the export file will become html not png or pdf format.
The export function cannot work

Please start by reviewing the Export/Download your Lucidchart Document article from the Help Center to ensure that you are following the correct steps to export/download your document. If that does not help please send the following information to this form so that our support team can take a closer look:
- a screenshot of the download settings you are using to export your document
- the link to your document in Lucidchart
- the resulting exported file
