Hi, just started using the software and have some how made a formatting error that I cant seem to undo.

As I type a space is added before every letter. any ideas on how to undo this?

So, text appears likes this “a b c d e” instead of “abcde”. 

It only seems to be doing this on the Lucid App.

Thanks for your post! Issues like this are typically browser-related. Can you try the following steps:
 

  • Open your document/account in a private or incognito window. If you need help to open an incognito window, please check out this community post!
  • Open your document/account in an alternate browser. We recommend Google Chrome for optimal performance.
    Make sure you’re using the most recent version of your browser. Here are the steps to upgrade Google Chrome. 


If the issue persists, can you post the following details:

  • A screenshot of the issue. 
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue in a Chrome incognito window. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
