Text showing up with black line through it in Lucidchart

When creating bullet points all my text is showing up with a black line through it. Also how do I add multiple bullet points to a process??

Hi Peter! Thanks for reaching out in the community. We do have a "strike out" option in our text editor. It's possible you may have accidentally clicked it. If you are looking at the text editor it is the icon in the top left that is an S with a line through it. Go ahead and click that and it should turn it off. As for bullet points our process shape doesn't allow them. In order to do multiple bullet points in a box you would need to use the white text box shape in our "Standard" shape library and you can then resize it to look like the process shape if you would like.
