When I make a shape add a text box and set-up some data linking within the text box - I then drag it to my saved shapes as a template. When I grab the shape from my saved shapes and place it into my diagram the text box resizes outside of the shape. How can I avoid this considering that I am using this shape 100s of times and have to resize the text box everytime it is dragged into the diagram.

Thank you very much for reaching out! You could try locking the two together so they will stay together with the same proportions. This can be done by selecting both the text box and the shape (you can do this by clicking on each individually while holding down the shift key) right clicking on the selected shapes then click "group". Please let me know if this works!
