I've put together a very big file. However that's how it has to be. Every time I try to put it as a PDF or any other kind of file it's 118 pages. I am trying to scale that down. I'd rather have it as a PDF the size of the doc. I could possibly get it printed out on a large printer. When I try to save it as an image the resolution is so low you can't read the text. I'm stuck. The only place it looks right is on a URL but I don't want to leave that exposed as it's got sensitive diagrams on it. How can I fix this?

Thanks for posting in the community! You should be able to adjust the size of pages in your document to accommodate all of your content. Please see the Page and Document Settings article from our Help Center to learn how to do so. Let me know if the file still turns out to be multiple pages.
