Template will not populate.

When I click "Use This Template" it takes me to my account but the template does not populate.  Can you help?

Hi Carl thanks for posting in the community! To clarify does this happen with any template or only a specific one? If it's only a specific one please let me know which. Additionally are you able to locate a newly-created document based on that template in your documents list even if that new document itself doesn't open? You should see a small banner indicating that this is the case.
