I am looking at this option to edit tables but where it reads "default" etc. what are the other options I can apply here?

I navigated to Shapes --> Table/Data Grid
When I then click on the table I see a prompt for "Edit Mark-up" which then opens the screen I sent previously.

Thanks for the clarification. The markup allows you to choose the following options for each category:
Header:
- default
- none
- any #[hex color] you choose
Alt-row:
- default
- none
- any #[hex color] you choose
Grid:
- default
- none
- row
- column
- full
To find more HEX colors I recommend using this color picker website. Please let me know if you have additional questions!
