Hello!
I am working on my org chart and it seems the Tab/Enter shortcuts to create new boxes (either direct report or lateral team member) are disabled? Does anyone know how to re-enable it if possible?

You can find a list of our keyboard shortcuts by navigating to Help > Hotkey Shortcuts in your editor.
If this list does not help may I ask you to please file a support request so that we can look into it for you? The reason why I'm redirecting you to our Support Team is because we may need to have a look at your account and document to be able to assist!
