Synced dependency lines

We use lucidchart as a frontend for an internal project roadmap tool. We are able to sync project tasks from a spreadsheet to custom lucidchart blocks but we still have to copy over dependencies manually. It would be very helpful to be able to sync lines between blocks.

For example we have a "prerequisites" column in our spreadsheet. I would love to be able to assign the prerequisite to one of the connector handles on a task block and have lucidchart find another task corresponding to the prerequisite and draw a connection.

Hi @patrick w thanks for posting in the community and apologies for the delay in response!

Unfortunately what you are trying to do is not currently supported in Lucidchart. However we're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Would you mind adding your idea to our product feedback section? Ideas submitted there are passed on to the product development team for their consideration.

Thanks for your request and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.
