Wow, I thought this program was fantastic - until I needed a question answered - seriously - I’ve never seen a program that offered 0 support - totally impossible to find anything in your help center - click on a conversation - nothing.  Unbelievable and really a bummer - just glad I didn’t pay for the annual subscription.  What an amazing lack of regard for your customers

Would you mind providing us with a detailed description of the issue you’re encountering? I’d be happy to take a closer look. 


Honestly it wasn’t even a problem - just something I wanted to do and when I tried to look it up found your help files to be not helpful.  And when I went to look for it in your community found that other people had asked the same question but I was unable to see the reply - I found that beyond frustrating.  

So I went to check out Miro - but it did not work as well so I’m sticking with Lucid Chart and I appreciate your reaching out but - what is the point of no support?  I’m appalled truly and just fingers crossed am hoping the rest of the online community doesn’t follow your lead.  

To the issue itself - all I wanted to do was close the left sidebar - in my opinion, such as it is, I should be able to easily find this in your documentation or at least be able to easily find that I can’t close it.

To close the left side bar within Lucidchart, re-click on the icons on the left panel as shown below. A first click on any given icon will open the panel, and a second click will collapse the menu.
