When I go to share a document with someone and I go to enter an email I always receive a list of previous people I have shared files with. Is it possible to clear this list out as I am no longer working with some of these users and I want to prevent accidental sharing of files?

Hi there! Thanks for posting in the community. Unfortunately there isn't a way to clear this list. But if you'd like you can add the idea to our feature request form to bring it to the attention of our product team so they can consider it. As a workaround I would recommend typing out at least a couple letters of the email address you are trying to share with so it narrows down your options and minimizes the chance of selecting the wrong one.
