Dear Officer

I am using our product to achieve the group work of our master programme at Imperial College London. However there would be some problem that I cannot find the way for student exemption as many colleagues did. Would you mind tell me how to do this? Because every time when I click the bottom for submitting the form the next step will show that there my approval is declined due to the ineligible. This makes me feel really confused. Many thanks.
