Recently I upgraded lucidchart to team 2-3 members. Because lucidchart is always not sufficient to a storage I wanted to get a enough free storage. So I deleted many pictures and documents but after more than 10 days of doing this storage is not changed. How long should I wait to be changed my storage capacity?

+7Hi Ted thanks for posting! Deleted documents can take up to 7 days to permanently delete from your trash and free up storage so this should have cleared by now. Just to confirm are you checking your current storage levels in your Account Settings under the "Plan and Billing" tab and seeing no change? If so would you mind submitting a Support ticket using this form so we can take a closer look at your account? Please include a screenshot of your account storage level and the names and/or URLs of the documents you deleted. Thanks!
