Hi @heidi l thanks for posting in the community! That's a great question you can do this by selecting all of the layers in the diagram and hold the Shift button on your keyboard while resizing it. This will allow you to resize the shapes while maintaining the same proportions. I've also attached a GIF demonstrating this.
