To visualize the item count within your smart container in a shape outside of the smart container please follow these steps:

1. Retrieve the name of the desired smart container using the formula =LABEL

Retrieving the name for all three smart containers:

• Select the entire smart container 


• Open the Contextual Panel and select the Data tab


• Add a new Data Field and title it "Name"


• Enter the formula (=LABEL) into the value field 


• Copy the generated name of the smart container

Retrieving the name of just one smart container:

• Select the entire smart container 


• Select the specific shape within the smart container


• Open the Contextual Panel and select the Data tab


• Add a new Data Field and title it "Name"


• Enter the formula (=LABEL) into the value field 


• Copy the generated name of the smart container

2. Visualize the item count in a shape outside your smart container 

• Drag a new shape onto your document


• Open the Contextual Panel and select the Data tab


• Create a new Data Field 


• Name the Data Field "Total Items" and enter the formula (=#"copyshapenamehere"."Total Items") into value field


• To visualize this number within the shape select the T+ icon next to the Data Field 

3. Add or delete items from the Smart Container and the formula will automatically calculate

Thanks for the answer that was what I was searching for.

I hace another doubt I have three groups of radios and I want a calculation of a complexity index based on the selection. For example:

The three radios have three options with values from 1 to 3 selecting all three should make an average calculation and display it in an object.

Is that posible?
