Hello,

We have a company lucid chart account, we store maps for each of our clients.

We want our (external) clients to be able to access and edit their maps with a free account ideally.

When we share it directly with them with edit access, they get a “You are out of shapes” prompt.

Is this possible to accomplish? Do I need a specific plan?

Hi @Steven Da Silva Opskings, thanks for posting your question! Free account are limited to only 60 objects, so in order to edit a document with additional objects above 60, they’ll need to upgrade to an individual subscription. To learn more about which features are available to each subscription type, please review this help center article. Our enterprise subscription do have the functionality to have limited-access users, which you can learn more about in this help center article. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

This is immensely helpful to know! We work with many client users that do not utilize Lucid for their business needs (unfortunately), and it is good to know they can collaborate, but up to a specific limitation. Thanks!
