I don't want to share a link to a file. I want 2 other people to be able to make changes and review a file.
How can 3 people work on the same file? How do I give them access to the file?

Thanks for posting in our community! In order for multiple people to work on the same document you have to share the document with them. You can do this by:
1) Opening a document
2) Clicking the "Share" button in the top right corner
3) Adding the emails of whoever you want to share the document with
