I work for a customer that have shared a folder with me.

I have accepted the invitation and I have access to his files.

But the shared folder does not appears in the “Shared folder” of my account.

The only way to access to the documents shared in this folder is to use a url with the id of the folder.

https://lucid.app/documents#/documents?folder_id=xxxxxxxxx

What is the problem? Does the customer shares the folder in a wrong manner?

Can you please help me It is urgent.
