Share document for user that is on PTO

We have a document that we need to provide access for but the owner is currently on PTO. Is there a way to provide access on the Admin side?

Hi Matthew

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately what you're describing is not currently possible I apologize for any inconvenience. However you may consider utilizing Team Folders in the future to aid collaboration. This feature allows Enterprise teams to store documents in one place that can be made accessible to all team members. You will not need to worry about losing documents if a team member leaves your team or is out of office because all documents are stored in the Team Folder rather than in individual accounts.
