Something happened between starting my lucidchart drawing and now. When I drag a shape onto my canvas the shape is super tiny. So tiny that it appears as a single dot. So tiny that I cannot even grabhold of the corners to expand it. I am able to continue working by copying and pasting my existing shapes but it is slow tedious work. What did I do? Or more to the point how do I undo it?

Thanks for posting and sorry for the trouble. I'd recommend reaching out via this contact support form so we can take a closer look. You can also try copying the contents of your document into a new blank document - that might help!
