I can’t figure out how I changed a default setting in my diagram, but now my stapes have opacity of 60% and do not show correctly. See example below, I'm missing the drop down icon. It’s actually there, but some setting has it so opaque it cannot be seen.
I can just move to a new document, but would like to know what to change to be able to use the default.
Thanks,

Hi @jenneking
Upon attempting to replicate the issue, I observed that increasing the shape capacity triggers the dropdown to reload accordingly. Therefore, it is unusual if the dropdown does not appear after increasing the shape capacity

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!! Thank you very much and have a great one! Warm regards
I would think that, but changing to 100% does not solve the issue. Something about my document is no longer respecting shapes and is applying a “gray” opacity to all.
Hi @jenneking
Thanks for reverting and i don't think it is because of background color, still you can give a try with this setting to ensure the background is not an issue.
Upon checking this, we will also move on to the nest steps if required.
Can you change the background color to white? See the gif attached below to see how to do this!

Negative ghost rider… that trick wasn’t the one. I greatly appreciate you giving ideas to try. Just seems like something I’m missing. Thanks
Hi @jenneking
Seems it is document specific

There are chances document will be reviewed by the team.

Hi @jenneking, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! And @Humas1985, thank you for all of your help here!
@jenneking, can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
Hi @jenneking, I appreciate your patience! After taking a look at your document, I can see that your default line color was set to transparent, would you mind deselecting all of your shapes and setting your line color to another solid color? This should allow you to see the arrow in the UI shape.
However, I did also notice that your opacity was set to 60% for new shapes added to your document, however, to my understanding there is not a way to set a default opacity level. When you create a new document, do you notice that new shapes you drag onto the canvas appear lighter than expected?
I will continue to dig into this further, put the line color selection should allow you to see the arrow, and then you can adjust the opacity as needed!
Confirmed, it is the line color. I do not have this issue with other documents. Something I must have done a while ago has basically set defaults for this document and not others.
Thanks for the assist. I now know what is controlling this behavior and can adjust.
Hi @jenneking, glad I could help! Please let me know if you have any further questions!
