I have an org chart which you can find here.


It has a bunch of custom fields for example Role Type (Full Time Part Time Contractor Intern Apprentice)


When I add a new element to the org chart (a new 'report') all the custom fields are blank


Can I set default values for these fields?

Hi Harry thanks for posting! You can do this from the layout tab in the org chart context panel. Simply check the box to the left of your custom employee field then select the globe icon to apply it to all employees in your chart. You can type in a value for the field in the pop-up box which appears. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
