Hello
I recently moved from Visio to Lucid and getting familiar with the software. I have a number of objects within a swim lane and cannot seem to select them without having to point the cursor outside the swim lane and then selecting or individually selecting them one by one. I was able to just drag and select them in Visio before. Should I be selecting a pointer tool or something? Can someone please help as it's slowing down my work.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the trouble with this. I haven't been able to reproduce your issue on my end. I am able to drag my cursor to select objects within a swimlane. If you continue having trouble with this I would recommend reaching out via this form. In that case please include the URL to the document you are working on so we can take a closer look.
