I've recently switched which google account chrome is logged into and it no longer matches the account that is registered with LucidChart. Ideally I would switch the LucidChart account but that doesn't appear to be possible. Instead I'm trying to log in to LucidChart using the account it knows from the chrome browser that is itself logged into via a different account. When I click to login via Google SSO it doesn't let me choose which account to log in with. I'm really not sure if this is a Google issue or a LucidChart issue but I've been working the Google angle for days with zero success. This included disabling auto sign-in and save passwords clearing browsing cookies and caches etc. I'm hoping you might have a solution for this.

I finally had some success. Figures it's right after posting this. Anyways looks like I had to detach the new google account via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and it's now providing me a choice at lucid chart login!

Hi Clarence

Thanks for posting on the community and for finding this workaround. For future users with this question you can detach the new google account via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions which will allow you to set up a new Lucidchart account with Google.

If you would like to change the email on your account you can make this change through your User Settings page. For more information please view this Account Settings article.

Last if you have any other questions or run into any issues please reach out by either commenting on this thread or filling out this Support form to contact Lucidchart support directly. Thanks!

Hi Clarence
