I'm farily new to Lucidchart but appreciating more and more the power of messaging through visual diagrams. My goal at this time is to diagram our current state of our business sytems - the various software solutions in play at our organization and how they may tie together. I'm seeking a high-level visual suitable for executive leadership. Any suggestions for best template?

Based on your use case it sounds like a good place to start would be a mind map template as they are great for showing connections and details between objects.
