Can you please let me know how to back up the data of a user that i have to remove the license from.

Thanks for posting in the community! When you remove a license from a user they will be downgraded to a free account and their documents will remain in their account. You can also back up your files through google drive. Please read this article to learn more about our Google Drive backup integration.
