We are trying to fix our LucidChart SSO but when we go into SAML activation settings it says it is not allowed and we are not allowed to configure.

Thanks for posting to Lucidchart Community! From your screenshot it seems that you haven't populated a SAML domain in the SAML configuration page. This is required to enable/configure SAML. For more information on configuring SAML please review our SAML Overview Help Center article
