Revoking invitation

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Just to make sure I understand your question correctly you have invited a user to join your account and would like to revoke that invitation? 

If so please follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to your Admin Panel under the Users tile. 
2. From the "All Users" dropdown on the left select “Pending Invitations.” This will open a list of individuals invited to your team who have not yet accepted the invitation.
3. Click on the row of the user you would like to revoke the invitation for.
4. Click on the “Actions” button. 
5. Select “Revoke Invitation.” 

Please note that if the user has already accepted the invite to join your account you will no longer be able to revoke their invitation. In this case you will need to delete or remove them from your team. To do so select “Users” from the "All Users" menu > Click on the user’s row > Click on the “Actions” button > Select “Remove from Team” or “Delete User” from the dropdown menu.
