Question About Searching Documents

Hello

I am wondering if there is a way to search for certain keyword among folders and documents. For example we are looking at doing diagrams for numerous processes. We would like to group them by some sort of description. I would like to see if there is a way I can run a search on just a descriptor and pull the number of processes. I can run a search to see folders but it doesn't show what is in the folder (that I can tell).

Hi there

Thanks for posting in the community! I believe the best way to do accomplish this will be to add custom tags or other attributes to your documents. This can be done by clicking the "more" button with the three dots at the bottom of the document from the documents page. From there click "manage attributes" (see first screenshot). Once you have added attributes to your document you can then search by these (see second screenshot). Hope this helps!
