Hello - we have an organization of around 500 employees. We want to be able to share the org chart with the company with a published link. However, when we look at the publish link, we are not able to expand and collapse different supervisors to see their departments. Is there a way to do this on a live link?

Lucidchart's published links do not allow for dynamic features like expanding and collapsing sections. The published version of the org chart is static.
