I have created a rather large multi-page lucidchart document and intend to share it with non-Lucid users using the publish function.

When a non-Lucid user opens the publish link he is promted for the set password, then the loading screen appears and after some seconds this error screen appears:

(“There was an error opening the document...”)

When trying the same with a simple document containing only a text box the publish link works, so it’s most likely not related to any security settings or the like.

Are there any size / object count limitation when sharing via publish or certain elements that are not supported (i.e. I’m using the link to page function to jump between pages...) ?

The issue you are experiencing is likely due to the size and complexity of the document affecting performance during rendering. While Lucidchart does not impose a specific object or page count limit on documents, practical performance limitations can arise with very large or complex files. For a more precise assessment, further investigation based on the document's page count and overall size would be helpful
