To start, it may help to follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Check your local device against our system requirements. Close out additional browser tabs or applications open on your local device. This helps conserve your device's resources and places less strain on its memory and CPU.
- Check your browser:
- Make sure you're using the most recent version of your browser.
- Lucid is optimized for Google Chrome. For best performance, we recommend using Chrome.
- Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause?
- Check your internet connection:
- Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
- Turn off WebGL
