What is the best way to import data for a product roadmap/timeline via excel into Lucidchart? The only way I have discovered to create is to manual create via diagrams which makes it difficult to change to make updates without a significant of effort.

With an individual or team subscription you have access to a one-time data import from an excel spreadsheet. In order to refresh that data set you'd need the data linking feature which is only available on an enterprise subscription.
