When i click any part of the process map, e.g. symbols or frames, the app is changing the filled color to black. The same is when I select new symbol to be added - it’s changed into black filling. How can I fix that?

Good morning
If you are using Lucidchart, it’s possible that you have set the default color for new objects to black. Does your toolbar look like my screenshot below?
Steps to confirm: Start by clicking anywhere on the canvas/grid (not an any shapes or objects, just the canvas/grid), then look at the fill color (as in my screenshot), if that fill color is black or any specific color then you have accidentally set the default for all added shapes to be that color. If not then it might be something else we can troubleshoot.
