I can't login when i am using your app in my Ipad it become a loop when the app keep asking me to log in even though i had been log in for many times.

Hopefully you received a few notices from us in the past few months informing you that due to Appleā€™s policies the iOS app will only be available to those on a Team or Enterprise account.


However you can continue using Lucid products by logging into lucid.app on your device.

I would try to log out of all devises shut the device down they're start the device and e log in or try changing your password before attempting a 2nd time. it's a cloud-based web app and sometimes this happens. if this doesn't work contact customer support.
