print and export functionality not available

Print and export options are not available for me (grey marked in list). Problem might be might be related to "offline" status. So how can I change to “online”; my internet connection is okay. If rootcause of not being able to print is not related to offline status, please suggest otherwise.

Problem resolved; rootcause was most likely faulty emailadress preventing proper verification
