I am a premium user for more than 6 month and I had a nice experience with you. Today I can't add almost any shape to my diagram. the application says that I have to upgrade to use the premium shapes. My package is "Basic" package and it should include unlimited shapes.
I have used the shapes before and now I can't finish my task with a tight deadline.
Please help fast. Thanks!
