I am using Lucidchart on an M1 pro MacBook using Safari 15.3. I will be working on a network diagram when a portion of the diagram will disappear. The shapes are still there if you click in the right spot if will display the box around them so you could move or adjust size but you can't see them. If I close the document and reopen I can see the missing portion of the diagram again. Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks for reaching out in the community about this issue. That definitely sounds strange! Can you run through some basic troubleshooting steps to see if they resolve the issue?


Please try:



  • Opening your document in Chrome.

  • Opening your document in a private or incognito window.

  • Connecting to a different network.

  • Toggling off WebGL. This can be done by going to View > Rendering > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option.
