Hi There
I am trying to create some diagram to document the Incident management process and came across some template diagrams through my account. There are description on the template suggests it is provided by the PinkElephant.
As an account holder of LucidChart are we allowed to use the diagram? We do not want to mention name of any template provider in our diagram.

Thanks for your patience. You are welcome to use our templates as a starting point for your diagram. As long as you make substantive changes to the diagram you are free to use it and as you choose. Please let me know if you have additional questions!
