Pictures are no longer opening either by clicking the pic icon next to the selected device/shape nor from the side pane.
We depend on the pics a lot to look at the details. The more detailed and larger the pic in terms of pic size and storage (bytes) the better. Please allow to store and view full size pics in the most popular format including RAW. 
Is there a phone app which would allow me to upload pics directly to Lucid?
Lucid is becoming a pic gallery of our datacenters and we love it.

Also, I would love to see more stencils with basic info.

Hi @mireksikora, thank you for posting in the community! Just to confirm, are you referring to the option to attach images to objects in Lucidchart

If that is the case, I was able to reproduce the behaviour you described and am currently checking with our development team for further insight.  

Unfortunately, the option to attach images to shapes is not available on the Lucidchart mobile app, but we’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products. 

If you’d like to see the option to attach images via the mobile app, please create an idea post and be sure to include details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience. This will also allow other users with similar requests to discover and upvote it, then add details of their own.

Thank you for prompt resolution. Indeed the issue is resolved now and I am able to view my pictures. It also appears that the picture quality is showing original format and not degraded.
