Photos no longer pasting correctly in Org Chart shapes

Up until the last few weeks I was able to add employee photos to shapes in my org chart, but it does not appear to be working any longer. As I add new hires to the org chart, previously I was able to copy the image and paste into the org chart, usually by using Ctrl V. When I try that now, rather than pasting into the shape itself, it just pastes a large view of the photo over the top of the org chart - not contained within a shape but just copied generally onto the grid. I read through other options in the help center and it recommended dragging and dropping the image, which just gives the same result - pasted to the grid but not into the chosen shape. (Our company photos are not posted to a public drive, so as far as I know I am unable to accomplish this by using a link.) Is this a bug since it appears to be a change in previous functionality?

Hi, ​@nathanh, thank you for posting in the community! I believe you have identified a bug, and I have reported this to our development team. In the meantime, please continue to use the other image upload options as a workaround.

Thank you. This approach worked for me. I still don’t know if the change in previous functionality was intentional or a bug, but I now have the photos properly pasted into the org chart shapes and have this way of accomplishing it moving forward. Thanks for the response!
