To help me better understand what’s going on, would you mind sharing a screenshot of your org chart before and after the shift, as well as more detail about “adjusting the chart’s sequence?” Do you mean that you’ve added a new employee line, changed a supervisor ID, or something else? The attached images illustrate the problem. When I added 'Alvin' to the spreadsheet and refreshed in spreadsheet, ‘Admund’ photo unexpectedly shifted to the position originally assigned to 'Alvin'. This misplacement occurs despite no manual changes being made to the chart's layout.

Hi @ailih.lim, thanks for getting back to me. I can see what you’re describing with Admund and Alvin’s images. Can you please confirm that when you add Alvin to the spreadsheet, he has his own image URL and that Admund’s image URL remains with him? In my example spreadsheet below, I’ve added a new “test employee” with their own image URL, reporting into an existing employee that maintains their own image URL. Can you confirm that you have a similar setup?
