I got this question from a user. Any insights? Sounds like there won’t be a good answer for him, but I figured I’d ask.

 

Not sure who “owns” lucid account and teams nowadays but is there any way to allow sharing documents (at least read only or comment) to people outside of the team? I lose ability to share my own documents as soon as they’re moved into the team directory which is very annoying because I have to then copy them back to my own directory and share from there thus leading to changes made in one version being lost in another.

I would encourage you to designate someone in a team to be the team owner of the team folder and what I have experienced in that is typically a project manager/project lead will take ownership to help keep the team organized.

In regards to stakeholders or if someone outside the team needs visibility to grant them view only access when sharing the team folder or that document.
