Hi

I read the Terms but I couldn't find any information regarding the permission to publish a diagram I created. I am writing a master's thesis and I would like to use some of my diagrams in the text. Can I do that? Could you give me link to some document that permits this usage (for academic purposes)?

Thanks!

Pavla

Hi Pavla
Thanks for reaching out. Since you are the creator and owner of the diagrams you can use them however you would like. Others who have used diagrams in books or publications have cited the diagram image with "Created in Lucidchart (www.lucidchart.com)" - feel free to do the same. I hope this helps!

To clarify is the citation linking/mentioning Lucidchart optional for books & publications?

Hi Christian

While we would appreciate the citation if the diagrams are created by you (not using one of our templates) then the the citation linking/mentioning Lucidchart is optional. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the information!

I am wondering does this also apply to the free account on only to paid accounts?

Good question! This applies to all account levels.
