PDF Export Function not working properly

Hi

There is an issue is the PDF export function.

When I customize the export area (Custom Crop) it does not export the desired area but instead the top left corner of my workspace.

This has been happening for a few months now. Can you please fix?

Hi Reyna thanks for posting in the community!

I am not able to replicate this issue with the custom crop when exporting my own test document but would love to take a closer look and help you directly. Would you mind submitting a request using our contact support form and including the following information?

The URL of the document(s) affected.
A description of the download settings (file type document pages cropping quality etc.) that you selected for the download.
The downloaded file and a description of what about it is incorrect or a screenshot of the issue in the exported document.
A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output when you download (if you wouldn't mind re-exporting your document to grab this). You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).
