I’m having some oddities with grids, page size and rulers. I want a page that is 8.5x11 (US Letter) in landscape mode, with a grid of .1 cm.  I’ve turned off infinite canvas and snap to grid on.

I think that the main problem have, or at least what’s keeping me from diagnosing things, is that the ruler doesn’t match the grid. For example. a vertical line snapped to the left edge of the paper is at -0.09cm and the line sitting on the margin (blue line) is at 0.42 cm.

How do we work with even cms or tenths of cm? The line is snapping at 0.41, 0.51, etc.

Meanwhile, the ruler shows zero at the edge of the paper, but it’s not calibrated to the grid.

I was working in inches, but that was hard to diagnose since the ruler read out in eigths and sixteenths, but the grid was set to .1

Is this a bug?

@edgreenberg I would recommend turning off snap to grid and just use the ruler.
