Is it possible to get an overview of all hotspots in one document?

Thanks for posting in the community.
It is not possible to see a list of all the hotspots in a document but if you press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift while on a document's page all the clickable hotspots/link will be highlighted for better visibility.
