When I print my flow chart it seems as though the lines are overlapping each other which causes it to look thicker/darker? is there a way I can fix this ?

Hi
Can you try Line routing feature that helps prevent lines from overlapping.
Make sure this feature is enabled.
You can find it under the "Arrange" menu or by right-clicking on a line and selecting "Straighten Lines" or "Re-route Lines
The information i read in an article and unsure it will resolve this issue - please give a try.
